Please make sure to upload your photos to the Jotform. We’ll reach out to you up to three times as a reminder, but if we don’t receive your photos after these attempts, we won’t be able to complete your piece, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive your portrait in your house!
Pet portraits are done in my unique style. I may accept one round of edits on a case-by-case basis, which can take up to one month to complete.
